At Land Spark, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items are eligible for return if:

• The request is made within 7 days of delivery

• The product is unused and in original condition

• All tags and packaging are intact

Items that cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged products

• Products without original packaging

• Items returned after the return window

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product

• A defective item

• The wrong product

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
